This position will be a hybrid position with two days a week onsite at our Monrovia, CA. location (Office will move to Pasadena, CA in March 2023)
Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Accounting department with a wide variety of activities including transaction processing, financial analysis, and quarter and year-end close.
Job Duties:
Education/Experience/Skills:
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, plus at least 4 years of related accounting experience, and at least 2 years public accounting or audit experience preferred. Experience with ERP and NetSuite or other higher tier accounting system preferred.

Position also requires:
Occasional travel may be required, including travel between Xencor’s Monrovia and San Diego offices. Work for this position is generally performed at Xencor’s worksite and requires full-time commitment.
Expected Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
The actual salary will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, including skills, competencies, education and experience.
